Refund and Returns Policy

At Perez Leather Artisans, we take pride in producing handmade leather goods with precision and care. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

1. Returns

You are entitled to request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you received the item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order confirmation, invoice).

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom-made, personalized, or bulk orders (see Section 5)
• Items on clearance or sold as final sale
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

If your return is approved:

• A refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us via email or WhatsApp and send your item to the return address provided.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is defective or the wrong product was sent, Perez Leather Artisans will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

5. Bulk and Custom Orders

All bulk orders (orders over 5 units) and customized products (such as logo embossing, initials, or made-to-order specifications) are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the items are found to be defective upon receipt.

Perez Leather Artisans reserves the right to inspect and verify any claim regarding bulk or custom orders. Refunds or replacements for such orders are subject to management discretion.
