These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Perez Leather Artisans’ website and services, including but not limited to product orders, custom and bulk requests, and general communication with the business.

By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page, please do not continue to use this website or our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Perez Leather Artisans.
  • “You”, “Customer”, or “User” refers to the person accessing or placing an order through this website or other communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram).
  • “Products” refers to all leather goods, accessories, and custom-made items listed or offered by Perez Leather Artisans.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders placed through our website, social media, or WhatsApp are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Once an order is placed and payment is received, we will confirm acceptance via email, message, or phone.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, limited stock, or misuse of promotional offers.

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely via PayHere or bank transfer, as specified at checkout.
  • Orders will only be processed after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • For bulk/custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required. The balance is due prior to dispatch.

4. Pricing

  • All product prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price is fixed.

5. Product Descriptions and Variations

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our products. However, due to the natural properties of leather and handcrafting, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, and grain may occur.
  • These variations are not considered defects but part of the product’s authenticity.

6. Delivery

  • We offer delivery services within Sri Lanka through third-party courier providers.
  • Estimated delivery times are 2–5 working days for standard orders and up to 3 weeks for bulk/custom orders.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
  • Delivery costs are borne by the customer unless specified as part of a promotion or agreement.

In brief:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for eligible items.
  • Bulk and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, branding, product designs, images, text, and other content on our website and social channels are the intellectual property of Perez Leather Artisans.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Perez Leather Artisans is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
